SAM allows long term higher gene expression compared to controls

SAM plasmids can be retrieved at least 40 days post-transfection in cell culture (plasmid rescue assay).

 

 

 

 

 

SAM DNA is not integrated in the cell genome and is highly stable throughout cell division - no differences in restriction profiles of SAM parental DNA (P) and SAM DNA at 40 days of cell culture (S).
